The case was one in which two concubines made " claim

for letters of administration to the -$20,000 estate of Lo Wai-chuen, decoused, formerly of 8 Shing Ping Street, the hearing being continued before the Chief Justice, Mr. A. D.A. MacGregor.

Ling Cheung-nang, and Wong So-chun, both of 8 Shing Ping Street, Happy Valley. were the plaintiffs, and Mr. Hin-shing Lo, instructed by Messrs. Wilkinson and Grist, represented them.

Defendant, Lo Pak-wal, alias Lo Kwai-woon, of 94 Des Voeux Road, Vent appeared in person, and was assisted by Messrs.. Russ and Co.
