Canton, Mar. 25. A very enjoyable concert given by the International Wo- men's Club of Canton In the Can- ton Club Theatre on Saturday night in aid of the Christ Church Repal Fund and Women's Wel- fare Society. The most outstand- ing features of the programme wero Songa by Frau M. Muller, the wife of the Manager of the German Dispensary. Mrs. Muller #tudied for opera prior to her! marriage and has a magnificent yolce. She was very well ac- companied by Mrs. Hornig, who disappointed the audience by not appearing on the programme a sololst, since she is really a very fine pianist. Mr. P. Servanin sang some well-known French songs and the famous "Tell Me To- Night" which was much applaud- ed. He has a charming voice, but: the acoustica of the theatre were not good enough for the audience To get the full tone of the singer. The other artists also gave very 'creditable performances. At the conclusion. baskets of flowers wore presented to the 'contributors and in

Sir Kingsley Wood, the Post- master-General, made thia nouncement at a National Chamber of Trade luncheon in London.
To businesses like the dyeing nad cleaning industry, which regularly received goods from their cus- tomers, such a service might well prove advantageous, he said.
