SPRING literally, blown in the new windswept cont fashions!

The coat which you don to greet spring's sunshine will make you look as though you had just arrived on a 40-miles-per-hour gate.

If it's one of the windswept-backwards models, your onlookers will assume that you were running right in the face of the breeze. But if your grand new coat is in the sweeping-forward category, your spectators will think that you were actually racing just ahead of the wind.

Whatever impression they get Isn't the important thing. The point Is: you'll be modish if your coat is "windblown."

For the girl who Of course, tailored varieties are always with us. can't get along without a mannish coat in some suave tweedy mixture, there are flattering topcoats with patch pockets, notched lapels and, buttons right down the front. ·black or some neutral shade of brown' or blege until you have carefully thought about bright tones. A green coat is smart. And you'll. And that it will blond with all of your printed dresses and will go nicely with all the spring shados, axcopt, blue,

'Of course, a'groy coat la vory practical. Take a smart grey coat and perhaps a blue or pale green frock and you have the nucleus of a whole. spring ensemble. For grey go with everything.
