Solution to Previous Contract Problem

Naturally, when a pair is vul- nerable and you believe they have bid too high, you are anxious to double,to gain the large award for) defeating a doubled vulnerable contract. However, just because you have a lot of trump is not enough justification to double.

A good rule with which to gov- ern yourself when making penalty doubles is, "Do I have more than one way of defeating this con- tract"
