One such Tribunat is established in each district for which a Trustee of Labour is appointed. It is pre- alted over by a professional judge. The Act strictly defines the circum- stances which entitle those affected- -to-put-the-matter-before-the-Trf- bunal. As regards the employer, these circumstances are chiefly those that

arise

out of his privileged position, or in connection with the exploitation of persons employed by him, or with a depreciation of their perserial honour; and no regards. the em- ployees, the principal matters con- corned are: offences against the mareful workin~ of the under- taking, and the abuse of confiden tial information. Appeals against the judgments rendered by a Tri bunal may be made to the Supreme Tribunal of Social Honour. The penulties that may be imposed are; warnings; Teprimands; finca not exceeding 10,000 rolchamarks; dis- qualification from the position of acting as works' leader or as a member of the Confidential Coun- cil; and transfer to a different place of work.
