Sir-In view of the response to my letter published in-your-issue of Friday, last, an informal meeting of cyclists, interested in the formation of Hongkong's cycling club will be held on the premises of the British Bicycle Co., 38 Henncaay Road, at 6.30 pm, on Saturday, March 3.
It is hoped that arrangementa will be made for the commencement of regular runs in addition to the discussion of rules, etc.
All eyellets are strongly urged to attend, and give the new organisation, their full support.

Even if they win bothand there is a good chance of the Army drawing with them--or per- haps even beating them-they can only get sixteen'points, so that the Club would have to lose or draw to give them any hope,
