Brussels, Feb. 20. Belgians of all ages to-day and to-morrow are paying their last respects to the late King Albert, who is lying in state at the Royal Palace at Laeken.

Thousands of men, women and children are' standing in a queue at least a mile long, waiting to Alo slowly past the open coffin.

A fino of $100 was imposed on Chen In, the master of the Wing Fung Tai shop, 58 Tai Nan Street, Shamshulpo, by Mr. Wynne-Jones at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning for storing kerosene at his yard without a permit from the Hon. 1.G.P.

Mr. J. C. FitzHenry, of the Fire Brigade, stated that he received information to the effect that de- fendant had 10 large drums of gasolino, totalling 600 gallons stored on his premises. He went found 80 gallons of kerosone in there to make an inspection, and the yard. Defendant had a licence to store only 32 gallons inside his shop.
