SITE PURCHASED
Mr. H. J. Tobbuit, of Messrs. Pal mer & Turner, purchased Rural Build- ing Lot No. 977 at an auction of Crown lands held at the efices of the n. Public Works Department, yesterday.
The site, which is to be formed from the hillside at Repulse Bay Road, has an area of 23,500 sq. feet, with an Annual Grown rental of $270. Paying 20 cents a square foot, Mir, Tobbutt socured the land at the upset price of $4,700.
