Giving yourself a weekly pedicure is one good way of making sure that you won't have foot troubles this winter. Seeing that new win- ter shoes actually fit your feet is another assurance.

The average, woman manicures her fingernails at least once a week and she takes daily care of the skin on her hands. But sho rarely does anything to her feet except to bathe them and occasion- ally cut the nails,.

It's quite true that hands are on display more than feet but, even 50, feet are by no means unimport- ant. If they feel soft and rested and are in well-fitted shoes, you'll feel much better all over.
