LAND INVESTMENT CO'S NET. PROFITS

The report by the Directors of the H.K. Land Investment and Agency Co., for presentating at the annual meeting on February 21, states:

The Directors submit a general the of statement of the affairs Company, and balance sheet for the

ear ended December 31, 1933.

The net profits for the year, after all Directors and providing for auditors fees amount to $1,112,096.08 which with the amount brought for ward from last year $774,519.53 gives an amount available for division of $1,887,516.01.

From this amount an Interim dividend of $2 per share on 300,000 shares ($600,000) has already been paid leaving a balance of $1,287,516,61 available for appropriation which it is proposed to deal with as follows: To pay a final dividend
