Solution to Preceding Contract Problem

I just have returned from Chi-! cago, after completing arrange- ments for a Western states champ- lonship bridge tournament of the Amèrican Bridge Lengue to be held in that elly. It was in Chicago that the American Bridge League held its firat national championship tournament, but for several years most of the na tional activities have been in the east.

Now once again western play- era will have the opportunity to compete in a major tournament in their own section of the coun- try.
