Directors: The Directors of the Company are: Mr. A. L. Shields (ex- officio), Chairman, Hon. Mr. J. P. Braga, Bir. C. A. da Roza, and Mr. S. M. Churn.

In accordance with Article 05 of the new Articles of Association, Hon. Mr. J. P. Braga and Mr, C. A, da Roza retire, but being eligible offer themselves for re-election.

Auditors: The Accounts in Hong kong have been audited by Mesars. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews and Mesars, Percy Smith, Soth & Flem- ing, who retire but roffer themselves for re-cicction.
