Though on the run of the play they should have won, the St. Andrew's Club had to leave the field content with a one goal draw in their friendly hockey match against the Radio Sporta Club on the Marina ground yesterday afternoon. Nanking, Dec. 14. A change may be made in the chairmanship of the National Gov- ernment of China as a result of the coming Plenary Session of the Kuomintang Party, Mr. Lin Sen, now Chairman of the National Government, has indicated his de- termination to retire.
