London, Dec. 10.

Full investigations are now bo- ing made into the fire yesterday morning which destroyed "The Heronry," the Hampshire country home of Mr. Leander McCormick, and cost the lives of the Duo, de la Tremollie, a prominent French cavalry officer, and Captain James Rodney, brother of Lord Rodney. The former was burnt to death, while the latter died of injuries received when he feaped with his wife from a window.
