LORD CARSON JOINS DEBATE
ON IRISH SITUATION
MAKES A RARE APPEARANCE IN LORDS
IRISH RIGHT OF APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL

London, Dec. 6.
The Irish question was raised in the House of Lords to-night by Lord Danesfort, who asked what action was to be taken to protect the undoubted rights of a British subject to appeal to the Privy Council.
He declared that recent Irish Free State legislation forbidding a breach of such an appeal was the 1921 treaty.
