That the National Govern- ment has realised the urgent necessity for vigorous or- ganisation to meet the challenge of those who would destroy democracy in Britain and substitute, under one name or another, dictator- ship, was indicated to-day i speeches by the three prin- cipal Gove.nmort leaders,

Mr. Ramsay, MacDonald, Mr. Baldwin and Sir John Simon, leaders of the three parties united in maintaining the National Gov- ernment, wern the guests at up Juncheon given to-day by the Na tional Labour Committee.
