NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary Generai. Meeting of the above Company will be hold at the Board Room of the Company, Exchange Build- Ing. (Second floor), Des Voeux Rond Central, Victoria, Hongkong. on Tuesday, the 28th day of November, 1933, at 12 Noon when the subjoined Resolutions will be proposed as Special Resolutions, viz:-

(1) Thut the present authorised Capital of the Company 01 $6,000,000 divided into 500,- 000 shares (hereinafter re ferred to as "old 'shares") of the nominal value of $10 each, the whole of which have been sued, be in- trenaed to $7,500,000 by the creation of 250,000 new shares of the nominal value of $10 each ranking as for dividend

(2) That the said 250,000 new
