Stocks: Tho market recovered from an apparent oversold condition in sympathy with strength in the commodity markets. The rally is quito likely to carry into Wednesday. Wheat: A wildly erratia market finally absorbed quillation and Tho Government's rallied well. Emergency Relief Corporation bought cash and futures heavily. Buying side is favoured on all dips. Cotton: The market advanced on heavy buy- ing which is partly attributed to the Government buying, reversal in the trend of other markets and reported tight spot situation developing, the South especially low. The presenco of shorte and with inflation holdings largely reduced and Improved tech- nical position, the market appears in a better position to hold advances. Silver: The market closed firm in sympathy with the rise in wheat. Cable received at 15 a.m. during our Night Service "Further commodity decline may renow currency inflation possibilities."
