South bid two spades and Weat bid three clubs, Mr. Parratt bid three spades, and East bid four clubs. South went to four spades and West bld five clubs. While Mr. Parratt was confident thatj he could defeat five clubs he felt, due to the strong bidding on the part of his partner, that thoro might be a slam, so he went to five spades which East doubled.
