Women Members. After full discussion t decided to, admit women members under two heads-(a) As full members on the payment of $10 and (b) as associate members on the payment of $5.

By the terms of this motion, the only difference between full and associate members will be that full members will have a vote at general meetings and will be eligible for nomination to seats on the committee.

At the conclusion of the meet- ing the Chairman announced that the Executive had decided to resign en bloc. The Executive, he Baid, felt that since membership had now been extended to New Zealanders, it was only right that they should have a voice in decid- ing who was to carry out the cxe- cutive duties of the Association. The resignations will take effect in two months' time after which another meeting will be called to elect a new executive.
