R.C. NEED ONE POINT FOR CHAMPIONSHIP SPORT ADVIS DANCING
IN "B" DIVISION
ATEST LEAGUE
TENNIS
NIVERSITY WELL
BEATEN
ABLE TO DATE
As a result of yesterday's meeting between the Chinese Recreation Club and Univer- sity, only three matches re- main to be played in the "r": Division of the tennis league. The C.R.C., went a stop nearer retaining the "B" Division cham- onship by easily beating the niversity. The Chinese now re- uiro but a single point from their 1st match with the Recreio to win to division.
The U.S.R.C., are, however, still interested. Should the Recreio beat the Causeway Bay team, the United Services would earn the privelege of a deciding match with the C.R.C.
DETAILS.
Yesterday's scores in detail and the up to date league table follow:
Choy M. K. Lau and P. F. (C.R.C.) beat C. K. Kwik and H. M. Lea 6-2; lost to K. J. Kwik and P. P. Kho 2-6; beat F. R. Zimmern and A. T. Leo 6-2.
S. W. Llang and H. S. Kwik (G.R.C.) beat Kwik and Lee 6-0;; drew with Kwik and Kho 6-6; bent Zimmern and Lee 6-1.
L. F. Hon. and FK. Lau (C.R.C.) beat Kwik and Lee 7-5; beat Kwik and Kho 6-2; beat Zim- mern and Lee 6-2.
