REICHSTAG SHADOW TRIAL
COMMUNISTS HELD NOT GUILTY
NAZI LEADERS ACCUSED
London, Sept. 20.
The Communists were exoner- ated from the charges of incen- diarism in the "Reichstag fro shadow trial," held by the In ternational Legal Commission in London.
They issued lengthy findings to- day in which they conclude that the accused, Torgler. Dimitōli, Popoff and Tanneff, were not con- corned directly or indirectly with the Reichstag fire.
Their findings add that there arc Krave grounds existing to suspect that the Reichstag was set on Bre on behalf of leading Nazi personalities.
The Commission found that the fifth accused, Vanderlubbe, was an anti-Communist, who could not have committed the crime alone. -Router.
