One of the most artistic pictures entered in any amateur competition organised by the "Telograph" is the above, which secured first prize in Section Two of the 1933 contest just closed. It was taken by Mr. Henry Defung and is entitled “View of Aberdeen.”
Mr. Chan Seck-fong's “Smile of the Ages" which gained the highest award in Sectlan Threa, confined to Chinese Studios.
"Early Morning at Shaukiwan” by Loong Pal-tak, which gained second prize in Section Two.
Mr. H. N. Moran's Through the Arch” which gained.
#24-third prise in Suction Two.
Anathar:
Mr. D. C. Cairns's "The Fisherman" winner of third
prize in Section Three.
A remarkable picture, extraordinary difficult to get, by Mr. Loong Pal-tak, which
was awarded first prize in Section One.
Mr. Henry Dejung's picture "Street Vendor" which obtained first prize in Section Four, for the best story-tell-
lag picture.
