POLICE PASSES

Mr. Frank Croft, of the Naval Dockyard Polico, passed away nt tho Naval Hospital yesterday afternoon after a short, illness.

The Into Mr. Croft' was a form- er member of the East Surroy Re- giment. He joined the Dockyard Police in 1926 after he had recely- ed his discharge from the regi- mout.

Although only 28 years of age, Mr. Croft was a most popular figure with bls colleagues. He was a member of the United Ser- vices' Lodge, E. C. 1341, and took' a prominent part at Lodge activi- ties,
