SUPER-MILKMEN WANTED MANY MOTORING

MILK MARKETING SCHEME

London, Aug. 31.

A small band of super-milk- men is wanted by the Govern-: mont. They will be Adminis- trative Officers under the now milk marketing scheme, and their salaries will be higher in some cases than those of Cabinet Ministers.

No appointment" will, however, be made until the result is known of the ballot among the farmers recording approval or disapproval of the scheme.

Voting papers have been supe plied to nearly 250,000 milk pro ducers and they are to be returned to the National Farmera" Union by Saturday.

The result of the poll is to be announced next week, probably on Wednesday.

Marketing Officer (40 to 55), salary £2,000 to £3,000.
