Rondall appeared for the defendant, and pleaded guilty, but in mitigation said that the company was a firm of contractors erecting a large house at Stanley for the Maryknoll Mireion, and they were also doing other work for the Government, P.W.D. and the Army authorities in various parts of the Colony.
