Lady Inverclyde (June, the netress) unsuccessfully applied in the Court of Seaston, Edinburgh, for interim alimony at the rate of £1,000 a year pending the hearing of Lord Inverclyde's divorce petition.

Her motion for interim coats of £150 was, however, granted by Lord Fleming.
