Japanese clrcles profess to see signs of a bly change in China's policy towards Japan in connexion with the reported. resignation of Lo Wen-kan and the concurrent assumption by Wang Ching-wei of the portfolio of Foreign Affairs, T. V. Soong's anticipated visit to Tokyo, the return of Chlong Tao- pin to his post hero and the re- cent interview between Huang Fu and the Japanese diplomat, Mr. Ariyoshi.
