CHIEF JUSTICE RESERVES JUDGMENT

The Chlof Justice of the F.M.S., Sir Walter Huggard, reserved judgment in the appont of Dr. C. J. Paglar from the decision of the Medical Council to strike his name off the reglater on the ground of unprofessional misconduct.

Bir David Galloway sat with His Lordship, as assessor.

Mr. V. D. Knowles, counsel for the appellant, contested the point made by Mr. J. G. Campbell, for the Medical Council, that the Council should be regarded as a domestic tribunal. It was not like a Club the powers of which could be absolute.
