The Government had. dofinitely decided to settle the Charhar zituation through pencoful means; and unless General Feng Yu-hsiang makes an attacking move towards the south, thero is lo question of an armed clash in Charhar.
Mr. Sun Fo pointed out that two things are now engaging the at- tention of the Government-the #ettlement of the Charbar situa tion and the disposal of General Fong's troops.
