THE VIOLENT CRASH ON THE STOCK EX- CHANGE HAS CAUSED A SCARE AMONG SPECULATORS, WHILE THE SITUATION IN THE CHICAGO WHEAT-PIT WAS EVEN MORE DIS- ASTROUS. SOMETHING LIKE BEDLAM BROKE LOSE AND PRICES CONTINUED THEIR HEAD- LONG TUMBLE.
