London, June 27. Two hours of full and frank dis- cussion of matters of common in terest in London to-day between representatives of the Lancashire cotton Industry and Mr. H. P. Mody, chairman. of the Bombay Mill-Owners' Association, with Sir Edward Benthall and Mr. F. E. James, colleagues of Mr. Mody in the working of industry and trade organisations of India, did complete the discussions.
