It was learned to-day that Mr. T. V. Soong, China's Finance Minis- tor, would sail shortly for home.
The date of his departure, how ever, has not yet been fixed. Ho will probably visit Berlin, Genova and Rome before he sails from Vanice.
This plan does not imply a change of procedure on his part. Mr. Soong did not intend to remain in London for the duration of the Economic Conference, and actually did not expect to stay as long as ho has done already.
In the course of his visit to the Continent, he will doubtless take the opportunity of visiting various atatcamen, including Premier Mus solini, in Rome, just as he made contacts with French statesmen in Paris-Router Special.
