amateur photographers.
2. The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors acnding in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in each Section, (Section entered to be marked on the back of each picture) and which reach this Omeo not Inter than 31st August, 1933. The decision of the Judges shall be final.
3.The right to publish any or all of the entries
in the Telegraph, is reserved. 4-Photographs which have been already entered
in local competitions are incligible.
5. At the conclusion of the Competition, entries will be returned to compatitors on application at this Office within anven days;
