Washington. May 19. Senator Pittman has announced a six-polut programme for the rehabilitation of silver, on which he sold all natlans, with which the United States had recently dis- cussed tho mubject, are in agree- ment. The countries include Canada, Mexico Great Britain. Argentina and China.
The programme states:-
Firstly, the price of silver should be reasonably raised and substantially stabilised around that point, (no specific figure 1718 mentioned
