EXPANSION PLAN

A new company, the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933), Limited, has been formed to operate Kowloon's bus services under the franchise granted by the Government, which is due to take effect on June 11.

The authorised capital a $3,500,- 000 of which between one and two millions will be issued. The capital of the original company was $250,000.
