The growing danger of war between Soviet Russia and Japan is becoming com- mon talk in Moscow, where

by allegations of Japanese incendiarist plots against Russia in the Far East.

The official newspaper, Pravda, in a special edition commemorating the fifteenth anniversary of the establishment of the Red Army, emphaalses the danger of an attack on the Soviet by capitalist nations, making special reference to the Far Eastern menace.
