Potty Checalato Cakes.-Slove |together 4 ozs. of flour, loz, ench of ground rice and cornflour, 2 ozs. of chocolate powder and one tea- spoonful baking powder.

Cream 3 ozs. of butter. Slove over it 4 oz. cnator sugar, and beat. Gradually stir in two egg and four dessertspconfuls of milk. | Now gradually add the dry in- gredients to the mixture, and fin- your with a few drops of vanila essence. Beat for ten minutes. Half-fill some little paper casos with the mixture and bake until the cakes riso woll and are firm. This takes about 15 minutes.
