We beg to announce that in accordance with the schemo of amalgamation of the abovenzmed Banks, a new Company has been incorporated in Singapore under the

"OVERSEA- name of the CHINESE BANKING CORPORA- | TION LIMITED," having its Hoad Office at China Building, Chullo Street, Singapore, and this Com- pany has agreed to take over all our Assets and Liabilities as on the 1st January, 1933.
