The Chief Justice (Sir Joseph Kemp) at the Supreme Court this morning upheld a further claim aainst the French vessel Gr. Gal. Maurice Long U. which was re- cently sold by order of the Court to meet Habilities.
Claims amounting to about $40,000 have already bean. madé against the vessel.
The new claim was for $1,631.65, balance due to the Kwong Cheung Hing firm, engineers and ship- builders, of Cheung Sha Wan, for necessaries supplied in January. February March and April 1932.
