Bradley and Co., Ltd, for the adjudication in bankruptcy of the Tai Wah Co., of 36, Wing On Street, Victoria, came before the court, Mr. H. Macnamara, Instructed by Aleas. Wilkinson and Grist, submitted that In view of the fact that the petitioning creditors had failed to state in their petition that they held a security the petition was void.
