ARGUES AGAINST FREE WILL

London, Nov. 3. The old and hackneyed argu- ments for and against Protection were raked up to-night during the final debate on the Ottawa Agreements Bill.

The House of Commons was rowded for the discussion, but the Opposition were overwhelmed, The third reading of the Bill was approved by 418 votes to 08.

The only interesting feature, of the discussion was the stress laid by Mr. Neville Chamberlain, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, on the necessity for continuity of policy.
