Nanking, Oct. 19. The Ministers of the Executive Yuan including Mesars. T. V. Soong (Finance), Wang Shao - hung (Homo Affairs), Toong Chung-ming (Railways), Kuo Mong-yu (In- dustry) and others will visit Shanghai during the week-end to hold a final conference with Mr. Wang Ching-wol prior to the latter's departure for Fraace to ro- cuperate after his long illness. The doparture of the President of the Executive Yuan will be accompanied by further important changes in the Five Yuana which may pave the way for the return of Mr. Sun Fo,
Mr. Sun Fo's return to Nanking will mean co-operation between the Kuomintang Centrists and the military
Marshal party under
Chiang Kai-shek to form a new Cabinet in the Executive Yuan with Mr. Soong as Finance Minister and Mr. Sun Fo an Premier.
