Compelling Story and Imposing Cast,
When "The Case of the Frightened Lady" was first produced at Wynd ham's Theatre, the deyen of dramatie critics referred to this great mystery story as "Edgar Wailnce at his best." Directed by T. Hinyes Hunter, the new Ideal picture, "The Frightened Lady," now at the Queen's was adapted from the play by British Lion-Gains horough, has a cast including such outstanding names ቢዘ Cathleen Nesbitt, Emlyn Williams, Gordon Harker, Finlay Currie Perry Persons and Julian Royce, who all ennet their stage roles, whilst Norman McKinnel, Belle Chrystall, Cyril Raymond and D. A. Clarke-Smith are other popular artists who have been added in what car justly be described as an all-star enst.
The exciting story tells how the young Lord Lebanon, Inst of a tine of famous ancestors, is practically a printer at his country scat, Marks Priory, dominated by a cold, com- manding mother, about to force him into n loveless marriage. Murks Priory is the scene of two unexplain- ed mulera by strangulation and on attempted third, that of Aisha, the fuancee of Lord Lebanon. The niy sterics suggest many solutions to the detectives from Scotland Yard, who are misled by several unexplainable incidents. The fact that there is a room the dowager Lady Lebanon flately refuse to upen, further com- plicates matters. The key to the secret of Marks Priory is ultimately yielded up by the weak-minded Lebanon himself. The breathless climax to this unusual story is a Wallace master-stroke. It leaves the onlooker spellbound, carries him Along by its compelling intensity.

CHINA REALTY COMPANY" 8% DEBENTURES 8% INTEREST VS 6% INTEREST MEANS ONE THIRD MORE INCOME
The following extracts are taken from the Chairman's statement at the last annual Shareholders Meeting, February 20th, 1932.
"We feel that the Debenture holder from an investment standpoint, is just as much an interested partner of the Company as the Common Share- holder and is entitled to his just return on his investment, and by the figures given on the two years' working. I think we have amply provén that we were right that our Debenture holders receive eight per cent. interest instead of six per cent,"
"The most successful concerns of the future will be those who recognize this principle-that even banks will allocate to depositors a part of profits earned on their money over and above current rates. of interests, As our balance sheets show quite plainly the proceeds from the sale of our deben-
