According to police reports, a series of alleged frauds covering a period of nearly seven years, and totalling nearly $18,500, the victims being the Hongkong branch of the Sheng To Weaving Factory, has been brought to ilght.
As a consequence, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Taui Wai-cheung, sales, manager at the local branch. He is described as being 35 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches in height, and of medium build, having a pale com- plexion, with the appearance of an opium smoker. He is a native of Soochow.
