Went Into Station.

Then, not being able to find the accused, the dead man walked or ran into the No. 7 Police Station. He passed a police patrol coming out on relief from the Station, shouting out, "No. 99 shot me." He went into the charge room and collapsed. He was there examined and found to be suffering from a gunshot wound in the abdomen and another in the right arm. Ho collapsed on the floor. His weapon was taken from him.

In the meantime the accused walked out from underneath the verandah where he had been hiding, into the street and was met by two of the police patrol, who had heard what the dead man said and were looking for the man who had shot him. They questioned the nc- cused and he said, he made a state- ment at the time, "No. 60 shot me."
