Discussions at the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce's monthly meeting yesterday afternoon confined to routine business, includ- ing consideration of letters from foreign firms seeking business con- nexions with Chinese firms which are members of the Chamber. Other lettors were concerned with disputen among Chinese firms.

Mr. Wong Kwong-tin, who was in the chair. was supported by the accrotary, Mr. Lee Wen-kam. Othere present included Monars. Chiu Chen- yue, M. K. Lo, Ho Wing, Kwok Blu- Inu, Chiu Chno-fan and others.

At the conclusion of the meeting the Chairman expressed his regret over the recent death of Mr. L Chung-kuc, for many years a staunch supporter of the Chamber and a mem bar at the Excutive Committee Those present were asked to pay their respect to the deceased gentle- man by standing, and they remained thus during one minute's eilence.
