The Earl of Lytton, lend- er of the League of Nations Commission which has been investigating conditions in Manchuria, was interviewed by Reuter at the German Hospital to-day. He stated he was completely cured from his recent indisposi- Lion.
Lord Lytton, who looked extremely well, said that the Mission's report would be completed on Friday. He will leave for Shanghai by air on Saturday.-Ren- ter's Special.
