A confirmatory meeting of share- holders of the Hongkong Engineering and Construction Company, Ltd., was held yesterday afternoon, to consider a resolution passed at an extraordin ary meeting held 1311 August 10 apropos un ineronse of Directors' re-. muneration,

at the extraordinary meeting held on Wednesday, the 10th August, you passed "the following resolution for the Increase of Diree- tors remuneration January, 1932, That Resolution must now he confirmed by this meeting. I, therefore, move for your conarmin- lion the resolution as follows:
