THE HONGKONG TELEGRAPH.

DON'T WISH

Dreams translated into actions

become practical realities

The trouble with many people is that they have a wishbone where their backbone ought to bo!

They see opportunities yet fail to grasp them. They know people who are investing wisely and reaping substantial harvests yet they only dream -just wish and wait for "something to turn up." To-day offers greater opportunities tn ever before! It is to those people who wish for something better that this message is addressed. ACT NOW. Sums of $100 or more, invested in safe China Realty Company 8% interest carning debentures can be the means of starting you on the road to financial independence. An assured "Second Income" will be yours right from the start.

You will be surprised how easily it is to accumulate a reserve fund that is always available in cash, and one that is always earning at least 8% interest for you once you make a start. Don't just wish for prosperity-reach out and seize it.

CHINA

THURSDAY, AUGUST 11, 1932.

As our balance sheet shows quite plainly the proceeds from the sale of our debentures is not used for the purchase of real estate, as we are not speculators, but for investment in first class mortgages amply secured not only by the value of the land pledged as security, but also by the entire assets of this prosperous company.

An analysis shows that every debenture has behind it assets equal to almost three times its face value. During 1931 we negotiated mortgages amounting to $19,194,868

property valued at

over $35.550,000. It will be thus seen that the amount loaned was less than 54 per cent of the market value of the property, leaving a margin of security wide enough to cover the most remote contingency.

on

DURING THE PAST 20 YEARS, WE HAVE NEGOTIATED MORTGAGES AMOUNTING TO MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED MILLION TAELS AND SO ACCURATE HAS OUR JUDGMENT BEEN, THAT NOT ONE CENT OF PRINCIPAL OR INTEREST HAS EVER BEEN LOST!

REALTY COMPANY 8% DEBENTURES 8% INTEREST VS 6% INTEREST MEANS ONE THIRD MORE INCOME

Market reports indicate that NOW is a favourable time to acquire China Realty Co. 8% debentures-call in and discuss this with us at the first opportunity
